Y'know, raising kids is hard.
In fact it's VERY hard. I'd say it's even harder than resisting a bowl of French Vanilla ice cream.
But like anything you do your best and hope that the time and effort you put into them will give them a good start in life. You hope that they work hard, and that they become kind and loving human beings.
But like all Parents say, they NEVER listen to what you say, right?
Until one day you sit back and observe them sticking up for the under-dog, or when they go to the side of a Friend who needs support, when they make a wise decision, or take the initiative to fix something.
That's what makes the toughest job in the world feel worthwhile ...
